Yes. Your business must have an active Google Business Profile to use a Boostmylinks review card or plate. If you dont have one you can learn how to set it up here.

Yes, using a card to direct customers to leave a review is allowed. Just make sure not to incentivise or filter reviews, as that violates Google’s policies.
What’s the difference between Boostmylinks card and Boostmylinks plate?
Review Cards are portable (business card sized), while review plates are display-ready and designed to sit on counters or walls in your business.
Getting Started & Setup
How do I register my Boostmylinks review card?
Setting up is quite easy with Boostmylinks. Simply scan the QR code on the card, or tap your NFC enabled mobile device and follow the prompts to log in or register your Boostmylinks account, and link it to your business. If you are on you are using your computer to register your card simply put in the registration key on your review plate or review card and link it to your business. Here is a detailed setup guide.
I did not get my OTP?
If you have not received your OTP from boostmylinks.com make sure you have the correct email logged in and make sure to your junk or spam folder.
What information do I need to set up my review plate or review card?
You’ll need your Google Business Profile name and the email linked to your Boostmylinks account.
Can I add more than one card to my business?
Yes. You can order multiple cards or plates and assign them to the same location or different business under the same email account. Just click the “Add a new Business” button at the top right of your dashboard.
Can I manage multiple locations in one Boostmylinks account?
Absolutely. Our dashboard supports multi-location businesses — ideal for franchises and multi-site operations across Australia. Based on how you operate your Google Business Profile, just click the “Add a new Business” button at the top right of your dashboard. Or Add Card/Plate into your existing business.
Usage & Best Practices
When should I ask customers to leave a review?
Right after a successful service or sale is best. For example, at point-of-sale or upon job completion. Here are more tips on getting reviews.
Do you provide a review collection link to my profile?
Yes. You can share your review collection by copying the “Google Review Link” on your logged in dashboard.
Do the cards work for service-area businesses in Australia?
Yes. Even if your business doesn’t display a physical address, as long as you can receive reviews on your Google profile, the card will work. This is great for business offering on call services like plumbers, cleaning services, pest control, IT support and Tech.
Tracking & Performance
How do I Login in to my Boostmylinks dashboard ??
Yes. You can click into “Manage Cards” in the top right of corner of the webiste,or from the footer of the website. Once you put in your email you will be asked for an OTP to access the dashboard securely. You can also access the Boostmylinks dashboard from here directly.
Can I track how many scans are coming from my cards?
Yes. Your Boostmylinks dashboard includes analytics and tracks how many times your card/plate has been scanned since you have registered with Boostmylinks.
Can I track performance across multiple team members?
Yes, if each staff member uses their own assigned card or plate, you can view performance by user based on the card registration key assigned to each card. You can find the registration once you log in to the dashboard.
